Noel Trevino (Owner / Trainer)

My name is Noel Trevino, a Fort Worth-based personal trainer with a degree in kinesiology and a passion for mastering human movement.

I’ve spent years studying how the body works—from biomechanics and training to nutrition and mindset—driven by a desire to always improve.

Now, my mission is to pass that knowledge on. I help people build strong, healthy lifestyles by teaching them how to move efficiently, train with purpose, and develop habits that last.

This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building a foundation that allows you to take control of your health for life. I’ll guide you, teach you, and hold you accountable—but ultimately, I want you to be able to do this on your own.

My expertise is in natural body building, powerlifting, and healthy relationships with food.

I have 10+ years in the fitness industry.

EDDIE Vasquez (Professional BOXer / BOXING COACH)

My name is Edward Vazquez, a professional boxer and coach based in Fort Worth, Texas.

I am a top contender in the super featherweight division with a professional record of 19 wins and 3 losses, including 6 knockouts. I began boxing at the age of 7 and was born and raised on the southside of Fort Worth, where the sport helped shape my discipline, mindset, and work ethic early on.

Everything I teach comes from real experience, years of training, competing, and learning what it truly takes to improve at a high level.

As a coach, my focus is on helping you understand how to train the right way, building proper technique, conditioning, and habits that create long-term results. My goal is to develop your skill, confidence, and discipline through structured training and accountability, so you can eventually become self-sufficient in your training.

There are no shortcuts to this. It’s about putting in the work, learning the right way, and building something that lasts.
